His expertise spans commercial and corporate banking, international finance, consumer private wealth, with a focus on strategy and managerial executive decision making.

Throughout his career, Jhonathan has led and collaborated with global, cross-functional teams across risk, finance, operations, technology, audit, and regulatory functions.

He has managed and reviewed complex finance portfolios, led underwriting origination, as well as risk-management initiatives. Including the design of governance and analytical frameworks, regulatory remediation, and development of data-driven solutions to improve performance, efficiency, and decision-making.
